"I have known Rod for over 10 years and he has always been my go-to guy for getting things fixed that I cannot figure out. He has an Aerospace Engineering background and has experience fixing everything from industrial manufacturing equipment, robotics, and flight simulators to electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, not to mention all things automotive. My experience has been if Rod can't fix it, you need a new one. There's no one else in the Triangle I would consider to call if I needed an appliance fixed, and that was before he decided to go into appliance repair full time by opening the NC office of Appliance Dean."
